 RETURN POLICY

I take the utmost care in presentation, packaging and protecting your shipment. My goal is for you to be completely happy with your art purchase! 

 Please contact me FIRST at info@carolynmulvey.com with any questions or concerns you may have. 

Can I return an original painting I purchased?  All sales of original artwork are final. Prior to purchasing, please check the image/colors on multiple computer screens as colors may vary on different monitors. I'd be more then happy to send several images showing close up, side view etc of the painting you're interested in before purchase.

Framed and Matted Print Returns:  A full refund will be issued once the item is returned within 7 days after receiving it. Please use the original packaging and art piece should be in perfect condition. Client is responsible for return shipping charges.  

Exchanges:  I gladly accept exchanges. Contact me within 7 days of delivery.  Please ship item back within 14 days of delivery. Client is responsible for return shipping cost.

Damages and issues:  Please provide details and documentation of the damage. Clients may be asked to file a claim with the shipping service or USPS. Clients are responsible for shipping costs for replacement.

Not delivered/ Lost / Stolen: If your package is marked  "Delivered" and yet can not be found, please check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. If the address is correct but is still missing, you must contact the shipping service or USPS personally. We are unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
